Egyptian Japanese Love Chapter 11

Previously:

After you saw the Pharaoh and Queen share a kiss, you looked out the window and could saw Judah staring at all of you. Your eyes widened in shock before he disappeared. You kept looking out the window, trying to see if he was hiding somewhere. You stood up and walked over to the window before you looked straight out, trying to see if he was still there. You took a shaky breath and jumped when a hand patted on your back, and you turned to see (s/n) there looking worried. The others looked at you worriedly, especially Yugi. You looked back and saw nothing, not even a hint that Judah was there. You said, "He's gone."

"Who _____?" Marik asked while walking over to you.

You looked to everyone and whispered, "Judah."

Story Continues:

You were pacing around the room, unable to stand still after what you just saw. You wanted to tear Judah to shreads for not only spying on you, but your friends and family as well. You needed to come up with a plan and fast because if Judah would touch a hair on your sister's head you were gonna make sure every bone in his body was broken. You paced around everyone who was in front of you as you kept trying to think, not knowing what you could do.

Yami could tell that you were stressed from what you saw and couldn't think of any way to solve it. He turned to Maia and she nodded before stopping you from pacing. You looked up only to look back down and turn the other direction, but Yami had gone to the other side, making you cornered. He raised an eyebrow at you before  saying, "There's no point in overstressing yourself over this, _____. It's what he wants it to do to you."

He made you listen as he put his hands on your shoulders and said, "Don't give Judah what he wants. It's not worth it."

You gave him an apologetic look before putting your hands on his shoulders and kicking him in a cheap shot, making him fall to the ground before you ran out of the house and shouted, "Where the Hell are you, Judah! Show yourself like a real man! Don't spy on me and then run away like a coward!"

You continued shouting insults at him while running all around Domino, but he wasn't anywhere to be found. You were nearly in tears as you ran home and went into your room, locking the door and then falling onto your bed. You knew that you had to go back to the others, but right now you needed some time to yourself. That's when you felt something in your hand that you didn't feel before. It was your sister's necklace, and you opened the little heart shaped locket to see the photos of your parents, you, and (s/n). You cried into your pillow and fell asleep.

-----Yami's P.O.V.-----

After you ran out of the house, Yami managed to lift his head enough to stop anybody from going after you. He managed to stand up as Maia helped him and she managed to get him to sit in a chair. Maia shook her head at him and said, "You of all people should have known that was going to happen."

He said, "Just like you when you're pissed off," before putting his head on her shoulder.

He then said, "Let her be, Yugi. You won't get through any better."

Yugi turned from the door and said, "But what if Judah tries something, Yami? _____ could be in trouble for all we know."

"She's already broken Judah's nose, Yugi. I don't think he wants her to break anything else," Bakura said as he saw the determination on the short teen's face.

Yugi looked out the window that you saw Judah in and sighed before walking over to the Pharaoh and saying, "I hope you're right."

-----Mariku's P.O.V.-----

Mariku saw the short teen and couldn't help but feel a little sorry for him. After all, he just wants to help you. He looked over to Marik and he nodded in agreement before saying, "We better take (s/n) home. We'll see you all later."

Maia gave Yami a hug before saying, "I better go too. Yugi, take care of him."

Mariku saw said teen nod before he went outside and started heading home, (s/n), his lighter side, and Maia behind him. He unlocked the door and opened it to see Odion looking upstairs, sadness in his usually warm but intimidating eyes. Mariku raised an eyebrow as Odion looked over to them, his eyes still holding that sadness. He very softly spoke, "_____ came home and ran into her room. She hasn't come out since. Did something happen, Mariku?"

He curtly shook his head no before Maia and (s/n) ran upstairs, leaving the three males alone. Mariku looked over to Marik who held his eyes with the same sadness as Odion before quietly walking upstairs as well, telling the girls to let you be and only knocked when they were downstairs again, speaking softer than he usually would, "_____, could you open the door? It's only me."

-----Your P.O.V.-----

You woke up to hearing Mariku's voice speaking softer than usual, "_____, could you open the door? It's only me."

You wiped away the tears from your eyes before slowly walking toward the door and unlocking it before walking back to your bed. Mariku opened the door and said, "You had everybody worried. Even Bakura was worried about you. Why did you run off?"

You hung your head before saying, "I couldn't control myself. I had to get out of there and try to find him. It felt as if I wasn't in control of my actions, as if it was something that I had done before. I was scared of what I was saying to nothing but air, scared that I couldn't control any of it. When I couldn't find Judah, it felt as if I'd regained my control, and then I ran back here."

Mariku stayed silent the entire time and when he spoke, he said, "This sounds like what had happened with Maia, only I wasn't the one that she had told this to. Surprisingly it was the priest."

You looked up in shock and said, "Kaiba? You can't be serious, Mariku. He despises us, me mostly."

"He only despises you because you only remind him of himself. He's willing to do anything to protect Mokuba, even if he won't admit it," he said after a small chuckle.

You were silent while you thought it all through. You and Kaiba had more alikes than differences than you had originally thought. You looked over to Mariku and said, "I really am an idiot aren't I?"

He chuckled again before saying, "You're not an idiot, _____. You just have had alot on your mind."

You chuckled at that and said, "This has had to be the nicest conversation we've had."

"More like the only conversation we've had without anyone else butting in."

"Mariku, could you tell me something?"

"Depends on what it is."

"Are you and Bakura you know, together?"

He looked at you incredulously before saying, "How the Hell did you come up with that!?"

You smirked and said, "Well, you two hang around an awful lot together--"

He covered your mouth at that and said, "I am not with Bakura. If you even tell anyone this lie I swear I will hunt you down. Understood?"

You couldn't help the silent laughter before you calmed down and nodded. Mariku let out a sigh before taking his hand off of your mouth and heading out of your room, you following him out.
