For Yami Yugi Lovers Part 3

You really didn't want to get up today. Especially with being in your lovely Pharaoh's arms, you could care less if the world was in turmoil right now. But as for all work days, you force yourself to get up and get ready. You looked back at your peaceful husband who was still asleep and thought, 'It's times like these I wish I could work from home.'

While quietly letting out a sigh, you kissed his forehead before walking down to the kitchen and making a quick breakfast before hearing Yami wake up upstairs. You shook your head at his timing before finishing your breakfast and walk towards your half asleep husband before giving him a quick peck on the lips. While heading out of the house, you heard him say, "One of these days you're taking the day off, love."

You shook your head again before driving down to work and getting started on the day.

Looking between the test and your husband and back again, you said, "I'm pregnant."

His eyes lit up like a Christmas tree as he lifted you in his arms and spun you around once as he said, "_____, this is great news! We're going to be parents!"

You smiled as you saw the complete joy in his eyes as he laid a hand on your stomach and said, "Love, this is fantastic."

He then kissed you before trailing down to your stomach and said, "I'm going to be a dad."

You were worth the wait, little one," you said while holding your newborn child, knowing Yami was standing right next to you, staring lovingly at your little girl before you held her up to him. He carefully took her into his arms as he said, "There there, Daddy's not going to let anything happen to you. I'm right here little angel."

Smiling tiredly at the two most important people in the world to you, you said, "She's going to be a Daddy's Girl."

But she looks just like her beautiful mother."

"She has her father's eyes and nose."

"And her mother's hands, feet, mouth, hair--"

You shook your head in defeat before saying, "She's our baby girl."

Yami simply smiled before leaning down and kissing you while keeping your daughter cradled in his arms.

You smiled lightly when Yami handed (daughter's name) over to Yugi as the younger Mutou said, "She's beautiful."

Yami smiled lovingly at her while Yugi rocked her to sleep to which you said, "You're great with kids, Yugi."

"Yeah, I guess I am," he said before turning back to your daughter and saying, "But your dad's gonna be the best dad. I know he will. Uncle Yugi's just gonna spoil you rotten."

Both you and Yami chuckled lightly before the doorbell rang. Giving your husband a peck on the lips, you went to answer the door only to see Joey and Serenity. You gave both of them hugs saying, "It's been way too long."

"Well, when we got those photo of your little girl, we had to come see her ourselves," Joey said before you lead them inside as Serenity said, "She looks adorable, _____."

You lead them into the living room to which Yami gave both of them hugs as well before you took (D/N) back from Yugi as he got reacquainted with his best friend. You smiled while walking up to them again and saying, "Joey, Serenity, meet (D/N)."

Seeing both of their eyes light up made you smile even wider as Yami kissed your head .

You couldn't believe your daughter was old enough to go the th Duel Academy already. And the fact that she was about to leave made you hug her even tighter, stroking her (h/c) locks before turning her to her father and uncle saying, "Remember: Have fun and do your best."

She nodded while saying, "I will Mom. Don't worry."

Yugi said, "Remember to--"

"--Believe in the heart of the cards. I'm never going to forget it, Uncle Yugi," she said with a smile while giving him a hug as well.

Then it was Yami's turn. He looked her up and down before giving her a hug and saying, "I'm proud of you, (D/N). Never give up. And if anyone gives you a hard time, just give me a call and I'll be talking with Kaiba about them."

"Dad, I think it's time I started fighting my own battles," she said to which he looked at her and after a few moments, nodded saying, "Alright, but if you need me, just give me a call."

She nodded before giving him another hug and saying, "I love you Dad."

He smiled and said, "I love you too sweetheart."

She turned to you and gave you and Yugi one last hug saying, "Love you two."

"We love you too, (D/N)," both you and Yugi said before she started walking off to board her way to the academy. You walked over to Yami as you both waved bye to her, both of you shedding a few tears while Yugi waved and gave hera thumbs up. She smiled and waved as did you until she was out of sight.
